All
appointments are confirmed 1-2 days prior to your appointment.
Your
appointment is a commitment of our staff's time reserved
for you. Please provide us
a 24-hour
notice of any changes or cancellation of your appointment to avoid
full payment of your services or voiding of your gift certificate
or pre-paid service.
Please
arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your appointment so that your
service will start at the appointed time. If you arrive after your
scheduled appointment time, your service may be reduced.
All
services are to be paid for at the time of your appointment.
Package pricing is to be paid for at the first appointment.
New
clients will be asked to fill out a service information sheet. Please
allow an extra 15 minutes on your first visit.
We
recommend you schedule your return service prior to leaving so you
may receive the most optimum scheduling time.
If
you feel another technician would better serve you, please do not
hesitate to let us know. We strive to provide you with the best
possible experience.
We
gladly accept product returns on unopened merchandise within
14
days, with a receipt. For all other returns, please see the manager.
